With a passion for creating high quality spaces that will last for years to come Joshua acquired Modular Dwelling from his brother Nehemiah in 2023 after being with the company since nearly the beginning and is excited to be offering custom spaces and unique one of a kind builds that will last for years to come.

Liz Horst (Sales)
In 2019 after looking for affordable housing solutions Nehemiah & Liz built their first tiny home to live in. Nehemiah found the process to be simple since he had been doing construction with his father since early childhood. After completing their own tiny home, they went on to build other custom designs on wheels and ended up falling in love with the some of the Scandinavian cabin elements.
Nehemiah designed most of the early models that Modular Dwelling builds to this day however In late 2023 he decided to move on from tiny homes to pursue other interests and Joshua took over the company.
