Once the layout has been edited to fit your vision we will write up the order form to outline everything included in the project

the order form outlines the build details and acts as a contract of work that will be completed by Modular Dwelling

we ask for 10% to hold a spot once the order form is singed, 40% once we start building and the final 50% once the build is ready to go.

All builds base cost is calculated at $120/sq ft

Trailers are custom priced based on size and individual needs but typically range from $3,000-$7,500

Windows are $45/sq ft

Interior walls $750 per section

Plumbing $3,500

Kitchenette starts at $3,500

Bathroom starts at $3,500

We are thrilled to be working with a few different delivery companies to offer affordable rates across the United States for both builds on wheels and on skids.

Buildings on skids can be delivered and set up for about $8-12 a mile depending on size. They can either be placed on blocks or if you want a more permanent foundation you can have a footer poured.

Buildings on Wheels can be delivered for around $3-9 a mile

Rough in plumbing ($3500) includes tankless water heater.

Finished out bathroom ($3500) toilet, shower stall, small sink.

Finished out kitchenette ($4500) maple cabinets, butcher block, sink, stove top.

More windows ($45/sq. ft) we can do custom window sizes.
